Our friends and donors are often looking for specific ways to support the children, adults and families served by Leake & Watts.  By contributing to one or more of these designated funds, you can help support the diverse needs of the Leake & Watts community.

 

Feed a Family

Your gift can provide a week's worth of groceries for a family of four in our Preventive Services Program in the Bronx.

Your gift can help fill one of our early childhood classrooms with books, which includes not only materials for a classroom library, but also books for the children to take home.

The After School Learning Hour at our Residential Treatment Center provides daily homework help and tutoring to teens with emotional and behavioral challenges. A gift of $125 provides a week of the tutoring they need to catch up and succeed.

By bringing families together, our Buddy Ball Program gives children with developmental disabilities the opportunity to participate in softball and bowling with their siblings, parents, friends and neighbors.  Your gift helps to purchase sports equipment for these children and families.
