Developmental Disabilities Services

Leake and Watts' Developmental Disabilities Program provides individualized services to children and adults who are effected by Mental Retardation and other Developmental disabilities such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury and Neurological Disorders.  These are life long services from childhood to maturity and include recreation, socialization, residential and service coordination.  Each person's program is individualized based on their needs and desires.  Medicaid Service Coordination is the backbone of the program and drives services through collaboration with the individual with disabilities, the family, the agency and OMRDD.  The plan for each individual is evolving and changes as the person's needs and desires change.  All services are community based.
